The Product Reviews Pro plugin allows your customers to add product reviews in Amazon style. This plugin provides more review capabilities, additional discussion options, and filtering options. Reviews can include user photos and videos, and customers can answer questions that are given as “review qualifiers” (questions about the product in a dropdown; e.g. whether the product was comfortable).
With discussion contribution types, you can show customer questions, photos, and videos for products. These contribution types can have comments on them and can be enabled separately. It is possible to filter and sort reviews for customers, for example according to their rating. After they put a review, the customers can update them. Other users can flag a review, which in turn will alert the employees. You can give the admin an official badge to differentiate its comments from the customers’ comments. In addition, you can create an upvoting or a downvoting system to determine helpful reviews.
