The Groups plugin allows you to give memberships to one or more groups based on the products ordered. You can sell Unlimited Memberships and Time-limited Memberships, allowing your customers to access restricted resources during the duration of their group membership.
In addition, you can also use the Subscriptions plugin for charging a monthly subscription fee. The ‘Groups’ pluginlets you control the memberships for the duration of the subscriptions.
Please note that to use this plugin, you need at least WordPress 4.6 and Groups which provides the Membership and Access Control capabilities.
The AWeber Newsletter Subscription plugin allows you to create mailings lists to assemble your client list and share the content you want with them about your online store.
You can create rules that manage which users are going to be in which mailing lists to keep the mailing lists clean. When people subscribe to the newsletter, you can automatically add/remove tags to the customers based on the category, subcategory or the product they have purchased from your site.
By adding a widget powered by AWeber, you can add a widget area in your site (for example at menus, sidebars, footers and others). This allows your customers to be able to subscribe to your newsletter wherever they are in your site with an AWeber Web Form.
The TaxJar plugin allows you to manage your sales tax by preparing reports for the cities and countries in which you have customers. With the AutoFile function, the plugin can submit your tax forms (US and Canada) for you when they are due. It is possible to integrate this plugin with other marketplace plugins. This plugin requires a TaxJar account.

The Product Vendors plugin allows you to create a marketplace in your online shop in which multiple vendors can sell their products. This way, you can take commission on sales that the vendors make. While doing this, you can either continue selling your own products, or just be the online shop that can sell anything. You can set individual commission rates to each vendor, and allow them to manage their own products. They will only be charged when the orders are completed. If a return of a product occurs, the commission payments can be delayed.
With this plugin, you (the marketplace owner) can also get an overall view of sales, commissions and earnings by vendor for each month, accept and approve applications from potential vendors, set up one or more vendor admins to manage vendor’s information, allow vendors to sell time-based bookings, set products to need approval before being added to the store on a per-vendor basis, and make payments to vendors at different times (instantly, manually, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).
And the vendors can control their public profile, manage their products and edit per-product shipping rules themselves, add private notes to orders or notes to customers (e.g. tracking numbers), view their orders and reports on sales performance, sell physical and/or digital products as well as time-based bookings, and receive commission payouts.
The All Products for Subscriptions plugin allows you to add subscription plans to your existing products. This allows the customers to optionally subscribe to certain products. With this plugin, you can offer subscription plans not only on the product page but also in the cart, which allows the customers to add the plans right before checking out. The customers can also add products to their existing subscriptions, which allows them to manage their subscriptions easier. In addition, you can offer discounts to those that choose to have the subscription plans.
Subscription Downloads is an extension for WooCommerce Subscriptions. The plugin allows you to offer downloadable products to your subscribers while maintaining individual listings for each of your downloadable products. This enables you to sell products individually via your store as well as through the subscription.
You can easily connect a downloadable product to a subscription you offer. The plugin adds one new field to your downloadable products in the Product Data meta box. After you set up your subscription product, it can be searched for via the new Subscriptions field shown when adding your downloadable product. Also, when you update the files available for a downloadable product, your subscribers automatically receive the update.
This plugin enables you to create non-public product categories. This is useful for creating customer specific product sections (i.e. photographers, schools, clubs, etc.) or B2B sections. Access to categories can be password based (multiple passwords per category possible), role based or user specific. Users with access automatically see categories that are hidden to ‘regular’ users. If a category is protected, all sub-categories and products within the category inherit this protection. You can choose to hide protected categories from menus for users without access.

The Subscription plugin lets you create and manage products with recurring payments. It allows you to introduce a variety of subscriptions for physical or virtual products and services. You can create product-of-the-month clubs, weekly service subscriptions or yearly software billing packages. It is also possible to add sign-up fees, offer free trials, or set expiration periods. A subscription-based model allows you to capture more residual revenue.

Sell software licenses and upgrades. The Software Add-on gives you the ability to manage license keys and activations via your store. You can categorize your products as software via the edit product page after which you can define software specific properties. When customers purchase software, they will receive an auto-generated license key from the system in their order-complete email. This email contains the key and remaining activations. You can resend these emails using the built-in ‘send’ button on the order screen.
A valid upgrade key and an upgraded price can be defined if you introduce a paid upgrade for the software. Customers will just enter their license details during the upgrade purchase.
Licenses associated with orders can be viewed and edited from the orders screen. For viewing licenses not associated with orders, or just to get an overall view you can go to the ‘License Keys’ page for a list of keys. This page also has a bulk delete functionality for revoking keys.
There is also a report page which gives you an overview of software sales and list activations. It also comes with an API for generating keys, activating licenses, de-activating, and resetting. This API can be integrated into your software/web app to validate licenses.
